Require signature upon receiving, the fastest delivery and safe but pricey.
Via Pos Express :
Does not require signature upon receiving, fast delivery, cost saving but not safe since many stolen parcels reported.
Via Registered :
Require signature upon receiving, slow delivery, most cost saving and safe.
